Mechanism that reduce the barrier communication(merit1)

Hearing Barriers: There is many ways to reduce hearing communication, for example use special devices that fit perfectly into human ear which increases the sound of surrounded area by the amount user fells he can clearly hear it. Another huge barrier if the is loud noise around the area like building site or football field full of people, this can bring head pains and very hard team working so the best idea is to work away from building sites any sport stadiums or outside the urban area, best example be just outside the town. Team working as a team is also important for hearing because if one person is listening to what the entire team has to do and other talk to each other this can cause hearing problems because person who isn’t listening cannot understand or sometimes even hear the person who is talking to him.

Environmental Barriers: There are many barriers for having best possible environment. Poor lighting and an place of work which is very cold or very warm causes unpleasant working and affecting people morale to work, this can be easily fixed by making sure the light are working properly, it is not to cold to work in winter and not to warm in summer using heating and cooling fans. Also where to building is build, if it’s in the middle of city the overall environment will be very bad because of massive surrounding noise while building is just outside the town or at edge of it, the environment will be much calmer and easier to concentrate. The air outside urban areas or in country will be fresher to as there is less pollution going each day.

Languages Barriers: Languages are extremely important communication in the entire world, one of the biggest problems when it comes to languages barriers is people with difficult English accent trying to speak with people from UK or America, to reduce such bad barrier English lessons are very beneficial and so is talking with using English constantly as this will eventually help you learn proper way of speaking. The amount of people is growing each year for English language and this is very good because for example, if person comes and visits UK, the more he/she can speak English the easier it is to communicate and find out whatever they want. English is known as primary language in the world and second language to be educated in schools and universities.

Potential barriers of effective communication (pass3)

Languages Barriers:
People who speak very different languages will always have trouble when it comes to speak using foreign language. This usually bring negative impact all around the world because if students speak different language that a lecturer it can be annoying for the lecturer since he/she does not understand anything the pupil is saying. Majority of the worlds speak these days speak English and the amount is growing, this is good and made very positive impact as people al around the globe can communicate easier and easier every year.

Hearing Barriers:
People who are deaf or very bad hearing can’t hear what the other people are talking about and this can make them frustrated or mad. This also bring the difficulty because this is time consuming if you try to teach a young person and you need to use notes or physical explanation to it. This has made back impact in the recent years because of the huge disadvantages deaf or near deaf people have. People who are not totally deaf have special devices attached to their eyes which extremely increases the sound of surrounding area so this helps them hear people better, this has made great impact and more and more people can use such technology because it’s getting cheaper and more common to use.

Physical or intellectual difficulties:
Some people are bad at using physical difficulties which can make difficult to understand, the intellectual difficulty is when people is explaining something to and stupid or uneducated person using theories and science. This brought back impact on the society because there are a lot of uneducated people who doesn’t care about what language they use and the way the represent themselves. Physical look also makes big different as you see a man wearing a expensive suit and representing or explaining something you know that he wouldn’t lie, while people who dress the way the want already makes bad impact and that person cannot be taken seriously when talking about serious things.

Principles of the Effective Communication(pass2)

Effective communication is made by always listening when another person is talking, making sure that it is two way process (receiving information and giving back), fully understanding and acknowledge the information that is giving or showing. To show positive attitude towards person who is trying to explain you the subject, answer him/her is you are asked, correct them if you’re 100% sure they made incorrect statement. Way to represent yourself by, appropriate clothes, language, manners and intelligence. Feedback is also important piece of good communication because feedback shows that you care about other persons work and you give your opinions about it. Non verbal communication is also important, especially for people who have difficulty with languages. Non verbal communication is also you facial expressions, posture, eye contact and touch. Culture is another important communication style, different countries have different religions, beliefs, cultures and rules. For example Islam religion countries does not allow married woman walk in the street without hiding their face which makes it difficult to communicate. Europe countries are the easiest to communicate and have far more humanitarian rules than rest in the world.
